I have a parent that has recently moved into this facility. The staff are friendly and professional .. Visitation is 9 - 11 am and 1 - 6 pm no complaints

Today was the first day I got to see my parents since the Covid-19 outbreak. I was overjoyed how happy and healthy my parents looked as they reside in Bethania. Mom reassured me that Bethania is a wonderful place to live in and even though I was unable to visit for months, both my parents said the staff took excellent care of them and were not lonely. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I am thankful for the ENTIRE staff for ensuring that not only my parents but all residents had and still have exceptional care at Bethania.

I am hoping to be contacted by CBC about the lack of care and compassion showed to my grandmother and our family while she was at Bethania. During all of our meetings with the CEO, the only advice we received to better the care of the residents was to contact our MP about staffing shortages. I would not allow another loved one to suffer here. Please consider a private nurse before allowing your loved one to reside at Bethania.

Staff are lazy, leaving residents screaming at all hours of the day and night. Often time, several room buzzers/lights are going off and there will be three or four aids sitting around on their iPhones or talking completely tuned out of everything going on around them. Waited 4 hours for someone to help change a resident who sat in their soiled clothing. DESPICABLE. I would not put my mother in here due to what I saw visiting my uncle.
