Very disappointed in the lack of after sales service with this company. Used to be Very good service, but in the past couple years something has changed. Do yourself a favour and shop around. This place will not help you except to unload your bank account initially. The electric scooter they sold us is garbage after 6 months and thy wont even call us back after repeated attempts to get some warranty. Shameful.

I was told about this place at the hospital when my husband was due to come home. He required a walker as well as a bathtub chair. I was under a lot of stress at the time and had no idea what was really needed. Dave was the man I met that day in his shop a true kind soul. Dave walked me through what my concerns were and went out of his way to ease my thoughts. He was very helpful and offered me many options. He told me if I was not happy or it did not work for my husband to just give him a call, and he would make it right. One of the items was not the right hieght for my husband and he took it back and offered me a different model. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for any sort of item dealing with health. I have sent a few people to this store and they have all come back telling me how very kind, thoughtful and helpful this man is. If you are looking to rent, or buy new or used items this place is were you need to shop. He even helped another friend of mine find what she was looking for at a different outlet in the city. It is not often in life you run into a person so willing to lend a helping hand in your time of need. I would rate this shop a 10 out of 10, look past all the items and you will find that pot of gold. Again a big thank you goes out to Dave and his team, this will be our store for all our needs as we age. Sincerely, Sandra K.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, I now buy all my products that I can through them. The store is a bit hard to navigate threw but look past that for the great services.
