SecureAll Windows & Door Protection

My mother has been waiting over a month and a half after initial contact with this company for a door installation. They have been there and back several times over the weeks and have yet to finish the installation. And between these times the secure windows have both fallen completely out of the window frames adding absolute zero protection. And after speaking to them about this issue they said they would be over to rectify the issue by the 27th dec and still have not shown up. This after having half the money as a down payment. Crummy product and even worse service.

I purchased a security front door. I had some initial issues with the product, but these have been resolved very satisfactorily and the product improved to address my concerns. Overall very happy now and would use this company in the future.

This company distributes fear based advertising in the mail which includes a copy of a Winnipeg police report stating that a forced break in occurred on the house holder's street just a few houses away. A senior received this advertisement which caused this person to panic and affected this person's health. This disgusting and irresponsible practice of advertising products relating to securing doors and windows to prevent break ins and spreading fear by specifically targeting people in an area where there has been a break in (might not even be true because nobody in the area has talked about a break in) to create this fear thereby hoping that someone buys their products based on that fear demonstrates the mentality of the owner of this business.
