That wasnt happy experience at Reno Insurance last time. I paid $10 to renew my driving license which I was told to but its not really the time to renew it. I realized the problem when I received renewed one with the same expired date as the old one. So why I spent my time and money to do meaningless thing. I would say the agent did not check my previous expiry date, which should be the agents responsibility to assume.

Knowledgeable about their services. Are able to address immigrants and student's requirements. Much of their work is autopac. Other insurance is dealt with by one person which can result in a wait if not prearranged. The principle partner is very knowledgeable on insurance.
