Staff gives the worst service of any restaurant in Winnipeg by far, very unorganized. You literally have to get everything by yourself including drinks, utensils, bowls, plates, just everything. Their staff is all over the place since they got 3 restaurants in the one building with the same staff trying to cater to all the customers of the 3 restaurants which doesnt work. Highly do not recommend to anyone who likes wants good service.

First time at Morals Village for hot pot. Staff were great at explaining the ordering process and the different broths. Tried the all you can eat hot pot (other dinner options are dim sum or rice noodle soups). Go hungry with your sweat pants on and be prepared to spend some time and enjoy the experience. See ordering menu; you can do three rounds of hot pot items. Drink and desert included in price. It cost about $45/person. Pro tip: very busy place, staff are very busy, dont hesitate to flag someone down and ask for what you need instead of complaining about the service. They dont mind. Ill definitely be back with my sweat pants on.
