0/10. Where to even start with this hotel. We were visiting from out of town for a wedding and had a very unpleasant experience here. Upon arrival, our first thoughts were the rooms are very outdated. This is not a standard Fairmont so please do not be fooled. Broken outlets in all of our rooms, hair in the bathtubs confirming the cleaning was obviously rushed and over looked. Very gross. When we woke up in the morning for the first event, none of us could shower to get ready. All showers and toilets were not working. When we called the front desk they explained the water was shut off? And will be for the next few days between certain hours. No apology was extended whatsoever. Front desk lady was rude and unprofessional. And all we got was a $70 discount. Since we had to get ready for the wedding, we all had to check-out and switch hotels to the Delta. Which is 1000X better in every possible way. Please do not waste your time staying here while visiting Winnipeg.

I don't even know where to start. I wish I could give this hotel ZERO stars. Absolutely terrible. Please, do not waste your time or money staying at this TERRIBLE hotel. I have stayed at the Fairmont hotel in various different cities, but this Winnipeg location is nothing like the others unfortunately. The rooms don't even have a proper AC. Fan only. I was sweating all night and when I called the front desk to inquire about it, they said all the rooms are like this and there is nothing they can do about it. The hot water took about 10 mins to actually be hot in the washroom. The sink was not even draining properly. I have attached pictures and videos with this review. The fire alarm went off at 3:30 AM and we all had to evacuate. After staying around the lobby for 40 mins, we were told to go back up. None of the useless staff members bothered to explain what happened? Outdated TV's. All the Marriot and Westin hotels now have smart TV'S in all their hotel rooms, Fairmont still has pathetic 20 year old TV'S in their rooms. The cream in the room for coffee was also bad!! Pictures are attached. The list of things wrong with this hotel is extremely long and I can keep writing and writing about it...but please save your money and don't stay at this particular location of Fairmont!

Les chambres sont grandes, les lits trs confortables et grands, beaucoup de produits disposition dans la salle de bain, mais aussi dans les chambres telles que machine caf, bouilloire, mini frigo. On se sent vraiment bien dans les chambres.

Great hotel! Zero complaints, exactly what everyone looks for in a hotel; classy rooms, comfy clean duvets, renovated bathrooms with walk in showers and lots of options around within walking distance. Also, escalator access to the underground walkway which we had no clue existed before. It is pretty neat and worth checking out!
