We used to stay here pretty much each time we came to Winnipeg. But since our vehicles got broken into on two occasions in less than 6 months, even though our vehicle was parked approximately 20 feet from the main entrance. We no longer choose to stay at this hotel. We do not feel safe parking our vehicles there. Rooms and customer service were great, but obviously parking security isn't. The only way I'd ever go back to this hotel is if they stepped up their services by adding security to monitor the parking lot, especially at night. I'm glad to say that we have chosen to stay at new hotel in a different location where there is a security officer that drives around at night to make sure all the vehicles are safe.

Nearby activities: The Outlet Mall is the best part. Outside the mall are many small strip mall type businesses within 5 minutes of walking. You can access hair salons, many restaurants(from $-$$$), walk in medical, coffee shops and much more. N.i.c. the other side of the street(Ikea, etc) Safety: The only questionable moment was in the great pool room, as the floor was super slippery when wet.* Just walk slowly Walkability: Everything you could want is within the entire centre. They have the Fashion Outlet Mall, many strip malls and restaurants Noteworthy details: Has a dog area outside!! A+ Has a washer & dryer in a room by the pool for guests . Fitness room is great- tvs on machines
