        Dont bother looking for an apartment here unless all you care about it being close to the university. Rent is extremely expensive for the very minimal amenities you get. The resident manager barely answers, and if she does the higher up management doesnt tell her things so she doesnt know much about the building. The property manager, Carol, has been no help at all. You email about any problem, and she either doesnt answer or answers in a snarky way. We were promised storage, indoor/locked bike storage and all soft close drawers. Another joke, no storage no indoor bike storage (I got my bike stolen on the outdoor bike storage) and one drawer is soft close. Another thing, they rent out your visitor parking every bomber game, so you cant have people over and park in the visitor parking unless they want a ticket. All in all not a great experience.
