A nice community to live in. I've lived there for 15 years so far and it's great to be located near the theatres, restaurants and downtown festivals. It has a mixture of one and two bedroom suites, 28 individual suites in total on six floors. It has a mobility ramp and a brand new elevator. There are wheelchair accessible suites and half of the suites (14 of them) are eligible for rent-geared-to-income assistance. It's an island of affordable accommodation amongst the high-priced condos that surround it. On the downside, street parking can be a challenge. Also, on the weekend revellers can be noisy late at night, the building is brick so it is warm in the summer (unless you buy a window air conditioner), the building has only seven parking spots in its garage and there is a waiting list for those spots.
