        Its a good area for living with some positive and some negative points. positive is its a new build area new homes news parks & playground & also good design home, townhouse & apartments and also bridge water centre plaza on walking distance this centre have medical centre, shoopers, tim hortons, save on foods, rbc bank, td bank. bmo bank & lots of more stores. Negative points are to much small place given in roundabouts side roads & also to much roundabouts. another negative point is poor public transport availability i think only one bus in this area the 676 bus and this bus is always late. So you have a car & also have money this is best place to live in winnipeg
