We just had 49 North do a furnace cleaning and inspection this past week . The technician was a nice young fellow who did a great job and totally explained what he was doing . also i would like to note the price was excellent as they gave us a 20$ break on the bill. We have used them in the past and always got great service and will use them again . Thank you 49 North and your team!! Randy

We contracted North 49 to convert our wood fireplace to gas. After getting estimates from several companies, North 49's was very competitive and we were happy with our interactions with them during the process. Nathan came out to do the estimate and was directly involved in all of the work in the house. This consistency is a major part of why we're happy we chose this company. There were a few more complications than anyone expected when completing the job but everyone was fantastic during the process. Administrative staff kept us informed and were always pleasant to chat with. Nathan and the crew that came out were incredibly professional and went above and beyond to make sure that the fireplace met their (and my partner's) very high standards. I would recommend the company wholeheartedly and we'll be turning to them for maintenance of the fireplace, as well as air conditioner and furnace from now on.

service person explained problem with furnace in detail, cleaned and inspected everything, replaced and removed filter. Pleasant and friendly to deal with as always since they replaced the furnace.
