Tench Plumbing & Heating Ltd

We called the emergency number for Tench early in the morning a couple weeks ago as we had water pouring into our basement from upstairs. We had recently renovated and couldnt immediately find the source of the leak. The owner was close by and came to our house within 15 min to try and help us. He called his office and had another plumber dispatched as well, he stayed and helped until his plumber got there. They found the problem and got everything fixed up for us. We were very grateful for the quick response, professionalism and kindness. We would for sure use them again for any further plumbing issues!

Can not say enough good things. They answered my emergency call during a high volume period by waking up a guy who just got off a double shift. He drained my basement before it became a disaster, they worked hard in freezing water to get my drains working. If they hadn't shown up I'd have been facing a complete basement gut in a few hours and. I had them back a few days later to run a full rooter clean and put a camera down and they were most helpful. Tried to get them to do remedial work as well but they were just too busy to be able to handle it.
