        I have used other repair companies in the past which involved poor diagnosis of the problem with the troubled equipment. This then would require MANY call-backs till the problem was repaired properly. I would also get billed for every call-back. You dont get this problem with JnR they do a proper diagnosis without all the call-backs fees. They are the BEST!!

        After 3 seperate companies came to "fix" our AC, JNR finally fixed our AC! Super friendly, and knowledgeable, my sister and I are so happy we don't have to live in swraty heat anymore. SHOUTOUT TO STEPH!
