I had been struggling with a belief about myself. The Awakening Trust course from Vicki helped me to identify the root cause of this belief of myself, bring it to the surface and ways to heal them and to learn to trust myself again. I know it wont happen overnight but with each passing day I feel that new trust in myself continuing to grow. Awakening Trust is so powerful! Thank you Vicki!

At first I was skeptical of Hypnosis therapy but opening up to Vicki about personal ongoing issues she suggested I try a 4 week workshop she was offering. My 1st session I did not fall into a heavy hypnosis state but after nearly a week passing I noticed my thought pattern started feeling lighter. During my 2nd session to my surprise I fell into a full hypnosis state. Following I had been sleeping better at night, not fighting to fall asleep and stay asleep. By week 2 prior to my 3rd session with Vicki I really started noticing a change in myself. I was not feeling as emotional as I had been feeling prior, so my moods are more stable BONUS! But the largest eyeopener for me was that I was finally able feel "JOY" again, I couldn't believe this. For far too long I have suffered with PTSD, Depression, anxiety, my weight and my self worth. Fast forward 4 weeks later, 4 sessions down I had a doctor's appointment and at this time I opened up about my experience of Hypnosis Therapy with Vicki. My doctor was thrilled with my positive experience and recommended I continue with the therapy as it has been working. Vicki's Hypnosis Therapy has given me my lost self back! With all that being said the hypnosis therapy service Vicki provides is in a safe, comfortable, judge free environment. I recommend trying it out, I wasn't disappointed.
