I didn't catch her name but the woman who was working the closing shift today was very kind. Her kindness went a long way as I wasn't having the greatest evening. I went for my free birthday cone and she made it a good experience. Thank you for making my night a little better :)

Had never ordered a birthday cake from marble slab before, but thought I would as my daughter loves ice cream. The staff had a very difficult time explaining what my options were for cake flavours, I had to ask three times - then the order was written on scrap paper from the debit machine. No surprises - the cake was not as ordered. I asked for chocolate chips to be mixed in, chocolate fudge on top, with sprinkles. I received plain mint ice cream, chocolate chips on top, no sprinkles, no fudge sauce. My husband picked it up, he didnt know it was wrong, and I didnt want to ruin my daughters party by not having a cake.
