Although we have had excellent service in the past it was unfortunate that the manager and person who answer my wifes phone call had took turns belittling and humiliating her over the phone after informing her of a potential food poisoning incident after eating there food. Ill late you the pics and story of why she went through but after the interaction with the staff via the phone we wont go back. Should anyone else have food poisoning of here be ready for an argument and belittling from the management and staff.

Best Indian food they have! Everything is full of rich flavours. They are pretty fast as compared to other restaurants and the portion is good as well. Palak paneer is a must try!! Very happy with the overall experience. I go there every now and then.

I ordered from this location via Skip The Dishes. Clay Oven 247 Edmonton St. Order Number: 526433863 Skip The Dishes. I woke up at 5:30am this morning and threw up my whole dinner from your restaurant! I was feeling quite ill most of the night after eating the butter chicken etc... I felt odd and never even finished the whole meal! I have eaten mulfrom your restaurantis time I got deathly ill! I thought I was dying and actually It was with full blown food poisoning! I would like a full refund of all my food for making me deathly ilI with food poisoning this is no joke it can actually kill someone. Skip The Dishes said they would help and no follow up or refund no help at all! Someone will call you someone will help you no one cares. Im regular customer of the restaurant and Skip I feel no one values us as regular customers. I wonder how many people died from your restaurant who got food poisoning thats why people dont say anything because they died from food poisoning! You make lots of food and lots of regular customers come and go everyday! But unfortunately your restaurant and the delivery company dont care at all! Your restaurant is on government website for health Canada multi counts of improper food handling practices!
