The facility is not huge where youd feel lost, love it just the pool and pool activities only

Love Bonivital pool! The sauna is small but amazing and I love using the hot tub but its often full and people stay in way longer than theyre supposed to

My child likes to come here because of the toys in the pool but I would rather go anywhere else. 1 "family" changing room that you have to walk through the seperate changing rooms and into the reception to get to. Unhelpful and seemingly bored staff on reception that make it clear they would prefer you weren't there. Ridiculously low capacity limits on the family pool every time we come (queue of 16 people ahead of us the most recent time, wait times in excess of 30mins). Only 18 people in the pool at the time. Blamed on staff shortages but never seems to be any attempt to increase staff at times they know will be busy. Extra frustrating when you see lifeguards stood around chatting at the far end of the adult lap swim pool instead of covering the family pool to let more in.
