Todd Lindsay, at the St. Anne's location, is either incompetent, or a criminal. He took money from my parents, claimed he'd cut a cheque to Wawanesa, and despite Wawanesa telling him they'd received no payment, they'd cancelled the policy, and left my parents uninsured for months, he refused to issue a refund. We filed an official complain with whatever government department is responsible. You're better off having no insurance and keeping your money than to have this company defraud you. At least you'll have the monthly premiums in the bank while you're homeless. To management: I'm happy to take this review down if you'll review the case and give us our money back.
