No matter what time of day I show up there is always a wait. I thought it was bad luck until I got inside and witnessed a 5 minute conversation that had nothing to do with insurance. What a waste of my time. Not coming back to this location.

Their was a bit of a wait as there is only 2 people at a time. Once in was quickly looked after. Pleasant helpful staff.

Shannon is truly a phenomenal person who had helped me out of a very frustrating situation. My license was exchanged for a different one when I moved provinces for over a year and somehow this wasn't reflected at MPI, who had sent me various letters and even creditors after me. These letters were dated 2 weeks prior to when I finally receive the mail where due dates occur on the day of opening these envelopes! This has caused me stress for months as I kept responding to them with my updated information but it seemed largely ignored. Eventually, with a final notice of affecting my credit (again, opening the envelope late on a Friday with the due date on Monday!), I called Wyatt Dowling. Shannon was truly pleasant throughout this entire experience and very sympathetic to my predicament. After our phone call, she called me back in less than 10 minutes to tell me the whole matter had been resolved completely! Imagine several months of stress and fear of not being able to communicate with MPI due to work and time differences--just gone. Shannon: I will always and forever be grateful for your compassion, care, and efficiency in handling this issue! Thank you a billion times over!
