        Sent me a reimbursement cheque for my tenant insurance after I (purposely) let it lapse. Then put a stop on the cheque because it was sent in error. Didn't tell me anything. My bank charged me for the cheque bouncing, and won't refund because it's Intact's fault. Intact says my account is balanced and sucks to be me for depositing a cheque they sent. Very poor.

        Intact is unreliable in my experience. I do not believe they can be reliyed upon to honor all of the coverage they claim to provide.

        We been with intact 20 plus years... they then canceled our insurance after we made claim in fire.They left us out in the cold.They have been extremely difficult to deal with and seem to stone wall us on every corner. Would not recommend.
