        Was shopping for the right insurance agency to get quotes on my condo. Service was pathetic.I called and a message said they will call me back, but NO call back. When I called back I asked for a Susan that my sister recommended to talk to only to be told she is not available for over a month. The person I spoke to said she was the only one in the office and would get back to me with a quote the following day...two days later, NOTHING. Not impressed and first impressions COUNT. Hope this review helps this business improve...
