4 hours on the phone and got nothing. I see the claim as complete but no resolution provided, nor the customer service answers

Pure waste of money if you took insurance under them. We just needed help with a clinical test and their customer service said you won't be covered.

Still waiting for a call back after 3 weeks they promised to call me back within a week than promised to get a call the same day and nothing. Loosing lots of money on my retirement plan. Might change my review if they call me back soon

Waiting time on call center exceed 50 minutes, CSR wasn't able to answer a simple question about dental plan coverage and ended the call in the middle of the conversation, it didn't call back.

Waited on phone for nearly an HOUR for them to pickup the phone and then I had to hangup. Imagine someone going threw an emergency. A company this big should have an option of call backs. No one should wait more than 10-15 minutes.
