        We have been dealing with Milnco for more than 25 years and we've had exemplary service with modest increases over those years. Our renewals are sent to us in November of each year and we pay monthly by way of auto withdrawl. If there was to be an increase we would ALWAYS get a courtesy call from a staff member so that we would know what our monthly premium in November would be. A couple of years ago Oldfield Kirby ESAU took over the renewal process. Since that time we no longer get the courtesy calls. This year's November premium just came out of our account and is $30.53 more than previous months'. I would say that is a substantial increase. We have not received our renewal notice yet either as of November 15th.
