I had an excellent lady named Silvana help me today with insurance for my elderly mother. Very simply put, most who are 'kind' in the service industry certainly try to be, but only some have that real sincere grace and empathy developed, which is fine, because not everyone is a naturally born caregiver. In Silvana's case, she is, and even though it's just insurance, for her to take the time to go out to my car to explain to my mother all the steps, including her patience and gentle approach really gave credence to the adage of 'making a difference' in the community. It's the comfort level these people create which is always so distinct; real nice experience today - thank you very much, and very well done! 8/11/2022
