        One of the worst insuance I ever see. When submited the clyme can't get any information about current status of even required documents. About month they shared information just eventually. When my doctor submitted the requested information - they lost all documents and restarted process. Another situation - I was told by my doctor that she submitted another package of documents. Now it's a second day, and insurance even didn't any updates in case, that documents received.. oriably they lost them again? No wonder. If you want to spend month's in waiting just for desicion - will they pay you or not - choose this company.
