        Would be zero stars if that option existed. Worst service that I've had from any industry in recent memory. HUB employees were professional but either woefully understaffed or indifferent (or both). I had questions on the pricing on my updated cottage insurance policy. The new pricing was 112% higher that the closest competitor quote, and they could not explain why or didn't care to look for a reason. Three HUB employees, 275 days, 25 emails and STILL NO RESOLUTION. Five times I had to ask for updates due to zero responses to emails. I am now in the process of cancelling all of my HUB policies and that is equally as painful. Had to escalate my inquiry today, hopefully that will help.
