        Ever since Westland took over things have gone down the toilet here. The one remaining bright spot is Karissa, but Staceys determination to develop hostile and adversarial relationships with her clients has forced us to seek a new broker for the many policies that we had brought over to the former Savante. We miss them.

        I came here to take a new ID picture and it was deemed unusable, I was only contacted weeks later to come back and take a new picture. I came back for a new picture and still did not receive my ID in the mail; its been a month and a half now and I had to contact them myself to find out that the second picture Westland Insurance took was still unusable. I will not be coming back here! They cannot take an ID picture or contact their customers to inform them of anything! Terrible service. Do not go here!
