If I could give 10 stars, that would be my pleasure. Couglin has been the company with which I've dealt since I moved to MB, and I can't say how much I appreciate their business. And I could not leave without providing my feedback to Amanda G., who works on the Regent Ave. Branch. Thank you for providing such wonderful customer service; you are great. I had a few service requests, and she has always been so helpful, and as I am working outside the province, she was able to guide me and support my needs by email.

The staff needs to be trained on how to be well mannered and respectful to everyone. Irrespective of a person's race and color, everyone should be treated equally. I went there on a Saturday evening closer to 4 to get my license plates and get my car registered. The lady helping me didn't even offer to ask me to sit. She was not interested in helping me out. She talked me to me as if she was doing a favor by helping me out. This is the first autopac place I've seen where no one is interested in either talking or helping you out. Better to go someplace else. As this location is closer to my home so I went there. After this experience will take my business someplace else, even if I have to travel to different part of the city for that , but will not visit this place again.
