I had applied for a position with this team, and upon interviewing, it was suggested that the two of us partner. I was a freelance social media manager and was working hard to grow a reputation. The man I spoke to, who I believe is the founder, spun me great stories of a partnership where we would each work together to help find clients, etc. It sounded amazing and I was really excited to get started. This is when the company completely ghosted me. I knew, from our original conversation, that a partnership was something the founder would need to discuss with other people, but to not let me know and to ignore absolutely all of my attempts to get in contact and follow up left a really bad taste in my mouth. I would not recommend this company to friends or family as their professionalism is seriously lacking.
