HERSAY AT ROGERS KIOSK IS RUDE TO OLD LADYS! MY MOM CAME FOR A PHONE TODAY HE WOULDNT HELP HER. HER PHONE BROKE AND SHE COULDNT READ HER CONTACTS SHE NEEDED HELP. SHE HAD MONEY AND ASKED FOR A PHONE HE KEPT REPEATING BASIC QUESTIONS SHE HAD ALREADY ANSWERED. He was so rude to me and my 62yr old mother. HE KEPT SAYING HAVe a good day with a ugly grin as in being sarcastic as we told him he was so unhelpful! I don't think this person should be working at polo Park yet alone rogers! Or any communications publication HE is so rude and mean. Man I really hope someone taKes this position to help people cuz he doesn't deserve the wages for this disgusting display of elder abuse! Especially On pink shirt Day! Stop bullying!!! People need phones to survive nowadays it should be easy to buy one
