    Nice staff but a total of 5 staff were unable to deal with our issue trying to get a new phone (or an existing number and account), or another customer's issue with service in rural MB. They had that guy call the customer care number and the person on the line didn't help him either. He left with the same problem he walked in with. As for us, after an hour they sent us to another location because they did not have a scanner so they couldn't get our info into the system. Then they sent us to another location that wasted another hour of our time because they also did not have the promised scanner (even though they were a corporate location and Kenaston "confirmed" they had this necessary office equipment). The Kenaston location will also not help existing TV and internet customers, they will only sell new bundles to new customers (even though originally they told us they could help us). In speaking to a coporate manager and then again to a sales rep at Kenaston, they confirmed that originally we were given incorrect information about the ability to receive support for these services as current customers and we would haveti basically help ourselves by calling the customer care line. (After seeing the other customer's experience with that, I can't say that calling that number is on my list of things I want to do.) So, while the staff are genuinely nice and they tried to be helpful, in the end it was pile of misinformation, a waste of time, and they didn't have the correct office equipment to complete the account transaction. Ultimately there was nothing they could do to get us a phone or make things right after this big problem other than to say "sorry". Which, in my opinion, for loyal customers of over 15 years, isn't good enough.
