        One one person on staff when we went there. We waited almost an hour, being the first in line, while he activated two iPhones for the woman who got there just ahead of us. When it was our turn to be served it took us five minutes to complete the verification of my daughter's new Rogers/Fido credit card application. Thanks Fido! That's was an hour of waiting in line that I will never get back. You need at least two staff at all times.

        Twice this week visited the kiosk at Kildonan Place and received exceptional customer service. The gentleman we spoke with was polite and extremely helpful. He went out of his way to help us and explain everything to us (we are seniors and not tech savvy). It was an extremely positive experience and would definitely recommend Fido to others.
