        I wanted to make a transfer from my US TFSA into my borderless account and I can not do it online anymore, don't know why? I called on Friday and was told that I had to do it over the phone, no explanation why I could not do it online. After becoming frustrated because the person said I would have to wait a day to get it done, or I could transfer the money into Canadian dollars and then back into US dollars immediately. Is this what I think it is, a bank charging us to get our money moved from one account to another. Well I was not happy and said I wanted to leave my number for a supervisor to call me, guess what, no phone call. It is now Monday and the transfer still has not been done, and I am on the phone again with the bank. This is totally unacceptable.
