Scary lack of knowledge of allergens and their own ingredients. My wife has celiacs disease (gluten allergy) so we called in advance to ask if they had gluten free options, and were told we have several; this was far from true. The waitress recommended a dish as gluten free that the cook came back to say wasnt actually gluten free because their white sauces had flour. The cook then told my wife he was pretty sure she could have their red sauce. I asked how it was made because he didnt seem confident in his answer. He proceeded to list off ingredients that included OXO chicken stock cubes, which we know contain flour. So their several gluten free options turned out to be over cooked penne noodles with their only suggestion of a sauce being oil and garlic. As for myself, I had veal that was more rubbery than most store bought minute steaks and my children ate bland fettuccine.

First time going to pasta di Casa! And it was amazing! Started with the bread/oil dip. It was so good. The deep fried ravioli was really good! I got the chicken parmigiana for my entre which was definitely the best Ive had ever! Noodles and sauce are made fresh! Definitely a place to check out if youre looking for some Italian! The owner and staff were super friendly!
