Coverall of Manitoba

My employer has recently hired this company to clean our office. Although there were two very detailed walk-throughs with our expectations of what was to be cleaned, Coverall has done a very poor job. The cleaner that comes into our office is rude and unprofessional. Talking to the manager on the phone, he is also rude & condescending.

We hired Coverall, specifically J&J Spotless Cleaning to maintain our 12000 sq ft office in Winnipeg and they have done a fantastic job. The daily communication log book makes it easy for communication and they have been incredibly responsive to feedback. Great owners, always wanting to ensure they are doing the best job possible.

Hired this company to clean our small 670sq.ft. office weekly. Our office is high traffic and very dusty so we asked for an initial cleaning to get things caught up. Two representatives visited our property extolling how professional their organization was. Our cleaner finally arrived and after spending 5 hours supposedly cleaning our office, virtually nothing was done but a poor job of washing the floors. I came in and out of the office 4 times over the 5 hours and couldn't believe how little was being done. Upon reporting our disappointment, my wife was told that perhaps she needed time to calm down and anything that wasn't done should be written in the binder used to communicate with the cleaner. They told us that a supervisor was at our office supervising the cleaner. This was an outright lie. No one was here with the cleaner each of the 4 times I checked in on him. After all was said and done, we received an invoice for $260 along with an email stating they graciously deducted 25%. Horrible company. They completely oversold themselves and had no trouble calling us liars for claiming there was no supervisor here. Hope our experience saves others from the same experience with this company.
