Went in there for a battery replacement. And phong did an amazing job and he even corrected the time and date on my watch. Amazing and quick service.

Ruined my $400 watch by way of scratching it up attempting to change battery. I took 3 watches and the lady at counter only able to change the battery of 1/3. Told me the person who knew how to do it wasnt around however only told this to me after marring my watch. Left with bitter taste of my watch being permanently altered.

I visited to their shop today and it was really very Good experience of mine their. The way of their service was Awesome and they provide very Good nd quick service to me. Really Appreciated their Work. Must Visit Dynasty Jewellers.

WOULD RATE ZERO IF I COULD!!!!! DO NOT buy from this company. If you dont listen to any of reviews PLEASE listen to this one!! I went to the Grant Park Mall location. bought a necklace that i got engraved. it was off centred, scratched and dented. when i brought it back the same day they said they will make a new one in a few days... go to pick it up and instead of replacing it like i was told they would do they used the same gold plate but put bubbles letters of the name over the engraved part without asking if i wanted that instead of engraved which i had prior!!!! which means it was STILL dented STILL off centred and STILL scratched. for a necklace thats hundreds of dollars id assume better customer service but theyre absolutely terrible. he then after arguing on the phone for 40 minutes with me THEN offered a full refund in exchange for the jewellery which i said i will be there the day after to return the necklace for the full refund. i get a text the day im supposed to come in from them that there is a no refund policy and i will not be getting my money back. DO NOT TRUST OR WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH DYNASTY EVER!!!!
