walking in i was a little nervous because the store looks more high end than anywhere i would usually shop. i met with an employee named shea who was excellent. he was able to size my fingers and make notes on the 2 rings i needed sized/repaired in no time and was friendly and personable the entire time. i didnt feel out of place like i expected to which was nice. he was upfront about the costs which i appreciate (and it was actually a lot less than i expected). this morning i received a call that my items were ready (only 2 days later!). excellent service and staff. amazing work. thank you for making my rings functional again!

I found the perfect engagement ring and wedding band here. Hilary is one of the best in the city and her contemporary designs are unmatched. Her staff are always very pleasant, patient, and helpful. The value of her pieces are the best in the city. Always start here if you are shopping for jewelry.

I was there to repair a broken necklace for my daughter. The job was done nicely and quickly on site with very reasonable price. Collections in store are larger than online shop. Friendly staff and highly recommend!
