        Very friendly and helpful staff. Had the pleasure of being assisted by the Store Manager and she was beyond helpful. Made it easy to pick out gifts for my wife. Will definitely come back more than a few times...

        When we entered the store, the lady was talking nicely but as soon as we selected something from a discount section she started being rude. She was not at all helpful and after purchasing something we asked her if everything is in the bag and she said yes but when we checked it we saw that some of the things were missing from a bag. We told her and she didnt even apologized and just kept the missing item on table and left. Not at all recommended

        Three girls standing in the store behind the counter. No one else in the store (Boxing Day) asked if I could get my bracelet cleaned. They said no. Never going back there again. Clearly I'm a pandora customer and no other customer is in the store and they couldn't help me ? Not cool. Will never go back there. Would rather by online or visit another location.
