V I P Kennels

I took my dog here and when I picked him, he cowered in the corner of the kennel as Geri opened the door. He was so happy to get in our car. I went to McDonald's the next day and his friend noticed his nose was scraped. I took a closer look and sure enough it was cut on top of his nose. I didn't notice right away at the kennel picking him up because he's all black. My dog hasn't been himself since leaving V.I.P kennels. I will not be taking him there again. No dog should be injured left at a kennel. He now has scars on his nose. His nose is ruined.

Vip kennels is always so great with my dog. He has been there twice and is still just a puppy. He got very excited and happy when we pulled into the lot the second time and ran right to the owner who was excited to see him. She accommodated us very last minute and is always super sweet with the dogs. She doesnt hide anything from customers and I am always welcome to come back into the kennels with her when she puts my dog into his kennel.

A+ service. Our dog is as excited to go visit his friends at VIP as he is to come home again. They have taken great care of all our dogs through the years and been a great support through several transitions of life stages.

Geri is a skilled dog handler. Kennel is setup for inside and outdoor activities for dogs. Rousey was very relaxed and calm with Geri.
