We had a terrible experience with this company. No professionalism. We have been reaching out to the owner to resolve our issues that we have in our new home,but no steps have been taken. It's been an year and still no response. Either he doesn't pick our calls or he make excuses that he will reach out to us shortly . unstable island, crooked drawers, parts moving apart. had to fix from someone else. Avoid as much as you can

WHAT A MISTAKE If you are looking for a good reliable and trustworthy kitchen cabinets outfit then avoid this company. Below are the details of my ordeal with Amarjeet Malhotra (Owner of this company). Tuesday Aug 4th was when the cabinet measurements were taken. I place an order for my cabinets and counter tops 5 days later and advised the delivery must be with in 2 weeks. Firs payment of 2K was paid on Aug 11th. Sept. 4th was when cabinets were delivered, and I made the mistake of paying him in full, additional $2500. I totally forgot about the countertop works still needs to be finished. And this is when the whole ordeal started. Cabinets should have been installed by Aug 25th, but they were delivered mid sept. and installed by my installer so 3 weeks late. Sept 26th: Counter tops install: An hour before the counter tops installation, I get a call from Amarjeet and he says the color of the counter tops will be back while I chose the white. I asked, who approved this, and he says this black countertop will look much better. Really??? My house, my money, we selected a specific product and you are putting in a completely different color and without my approval? I assume it was some leftover countertops from another job in back and to make more profit he was going to install the black top. Now I am going on 6th week of renovation and Ive lost 2.5 months or revenue. I knew I was going to lose a month, but I was wrong cuz I trusted these people. Now you know the whole story and you can make a better judgement call and not be in the same position as Im currently in. I have asked for the receipts and I still have not received it, its been a week now since I been asking for it. Save your self a massive headache and avoid this company. And the 2 good reviews you see if posted by his family. As much as I hate to say it because im east Indian myself, but I would never ever hire another east Indian run company or contractor to do any of my renos. I have all the history on my text so that I can show it to the judge. Small courts claim would be my next step. Service: Remodeling
