Gateway was a absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Our kitchen renovation was a big undertaking and very involved. Eve Zolotareva was our designer and she made our visions come to life. Eve made great design choices and suggestions and worked really well with us to complete the vision. Eve worked very hard for us and it really shows in the design and the finished product. Everything was on budget, and scheduled very well considering all the supply problems and delays the past 14 months due to covid. The couple of problems that arose during the renovation were handled quickly and efficiently. There was a trim issue that we weren't sure about and during a site visit without us pointing it out Eve noticed it wasn't done as per her design. She reordered the trim and they reinstalled it per design. Excellent eye for detail. All of the workers were on time, worked clean and did very nice work from the cabinet installer to the electrician, drywaller and paint. They all really cared about doing a good job.

I asked for matching hinges for a renovation done decades ago. The hinges arrived within a week without cost to me. The life-time warranty at Gateway is honoured without question. Co-operation, integrity and cheerfulness marked every aspect of my experience with Gateway Kitchen & Bath.

We requested a consultation and received a phone call from a representative discouraging us from even attending the consultation. They were impatient, belittling, and heavily implied that our business was not worth their time or energy. It felt degrading and we have absolutely no intention of taking any future projects to Gateway. To be clear, Gateway may do fantastic work. Maybe the representative was having a bad day. Regardless, this review is for the lackluster customer service that blocked our path from stepping foot in the building.
