Some of the worst quality I've ever seen in the trade. I spent 16000 dollars on them to fix my roof and wish I did a little research first to find someone actually ticketed or at least qualified for the task. -They left the biggest mess on my driveway, front step and front lawn. My wife and I picked up over 50 nails that could have either punctured our tires or injured our dog. They left all sorts of garbage on top of the newly shingled roof and filled my eaves troughs. If I had not owned a ladder and climbed up to check I would have not noticed. How many customers don't go up after because they are either A. Afraid of heights B. Don't own a ladder C. Trust that they would clean up after themselves. -They exposed my roof one day and then left due to weather but didn't seal or tarp any which caused water to leak in through my ceiling onto our dining room table. Aside from all the obvious reasons why this is unacceptable, it also ruined all of my wife and I's wedding thank you cards. When I contacted Josh to inform him he ignored my calls at first and then later simply texted "sorry the cards are ruined". No compensation or offers to fix their wrong. -While rebuilding a roofline with some new rafters, they made all sorts of crooked unmatching cuts. They 'correct' these poorly measured cuts with splinters and shims from the dumpster. Pictures do not even do justice for the poorness of this workmanship. Clearly not experienced in any structural carpentry. Now I'm left with a "new" roof that is crooked/wavy, and incomplete on the sides. Please stick with smaller projects such as tile and backsplash and leave the large structural jobs to the professionals and stop ripping your customers off.
