I'd give 0 stars if I could. The receptionists couldn't answer a simple question, the lab tech couldn't either. My daughter was told "I'm going to swab 5 times on one side then 5 times on the other" proceeded to swab 10-15 times per side....I mean why even bother saying a number? Just do it at that point. I've been calling all day to get my results because apparently my lawyer can't open the file they sent him, and now NO ONE IS ANSWERING THE PHONE. not only is it impossible to get a reply, there's no wait cue! The phone rings for 3 minutes then discontents you. Absolutely ridiculous, I hate this lab. The one by home is great, but Sterling Lyon location is garbage, I had to go there this time but I'll never go back. Worst service ever

I went to this location (Sterling Lyon) this morning (05.06.2023) to have my tests done, and I witnessed the Filipina staff SHOUTING at the elderly man to place his vial on the silver door. The elderly man replied: Oh, you mean the metal door ? and looked confused. This is not how you treat your clients, regardless of age or other forms. It doesnt mean that you work there means you are above us all. P.S. Is that really a silver door or a metal door? Just curious I dont want to be shouted at when I go there next time

I've been here 4 times for bloodwork and every Lab Tech I've had has been extremely proficient at their job. Never had a problem finding my veins & they aren't visible at all. All done by feel. I've had terrible experiences at other places and have had them "fish" for a vein. The Techs here have always been very busy whenever I've come in. That being said, I've never had anyone be rude or unprofessional. The on-line appointment booking feature is also great. I'm always running a tight schedule & don't have the time to sit & wait for walk in service. A+. I highly recommend this Dynacare location.
