If I could give no stars I would. Stopped to sit in the empty lot for a minute to drop off mail to a friend since Johnson Ave. Is closed and hard to access. An older woman and man came out and became very rude to my friend and myself, even giving the finger and swearing. Horrible business. Horrible people. I hope they go bankrupt.

Needed a king size comforter washed, so dropped it off. Inside I met the sweetest lady who had it washed & folded for me in a couple hours. Was under $20. Will definitely come back.

Despite a few bad reviews I had read I decided to give this place a try. The lady working there was very friendly and respectful, the place was extremely clean and well maintained. I struck up a conversation and talked about the reviews where it mentioned her hovering around people. She explained that many people , in the hopes of saving a dollar or two, will overload the machines causing them to break, which in turns costs hundreds to thousands to repair . Made perfect sense to me, and I enjoyed the rest of our conversation . Overall I found it charming , convenient, and friendly . Will definitely use again . :)
