DO NOT USE THIS LAWER!!! WHATEVER YOU DO!!! Please read this small excerpt as to why before you waste thousands of dollars and months/years of your time: Do not be fooled by her cheaper hourly rate. It will cost you much more in the end. she is also rude, mean, and an all-around horrible person. I do not say that about a lot of people and I do not say that lightly. She was my lawyer for my divorce. My ex didn't want to split the house, custody of kids, or anything, and Sima did not contest anything the other lawer said but agreed with everything and convinced me it was a good idea. It wasn't. I got less than half custody and zero from property division. Fast forward a couple years and my kids are old enough to decide which parent to live with now apparently according to her. She gave me false legal advice on how to pursue this. I thought I might as well just use her again because it's as simple as varying the final order since my kids are living with me now. The affidavit that she wrote for the court was basically the exact same thing I wrote to her telling her why the final order should be varied. She told me when filing the affidavit to court that these things could take time because of covid and that she will call me so don't call. Well 4 to 5 months pass and still no call so I call her, turns out she didn't even file it. She came up with every excuse in the book, she was sick, the court sent it back cause it didn't have a certain document, and Etc. I asked why she didn't call me right away since that happened only a couple days after I signed it and she had no reason. Keep in mind that I am still paying child support through this time when I should be the one with full custody. She is rude, she talks over you and doesn't let you talk, she is demeaning, and all around just a mean person who does not care about other people including her clients. How this lady has any clients and is still a lawyer is beyond me, but she will cost you more than you can imagine. Save yourself money, stress, and aggravation and hire an actual professional lawyer.
