        No stars. Left a message to inquiry about snow removal and never received a response. Sent email and only received short responses that never fully answered my questions. When I finally agreed to monthly price and provided the address, never received a response after that. Follow up a few weeks later to confirm service would be starting, only to be told they were full up.
