Recently used their help and guidance. They helped me by servicing an off brand that they normally do not deal with. It turned out to be something simple to fix. They explained the repair (and showed me) and... came in under their quote. I believe it is all about timing with a shop of this nature. I caught them at a lull in between seasons and repairs. Very happy with the service.
