Went there today and found a nice sale item there was only one in my size but had dirt on it I asked the manager if she could discount the item as it was a sports top and it would get dirty anyways but instead she took the sports bra in the back and washed and 25 mins later she came back and told me she got off the Deorant and Fondation that was on it so no discount. I asked to look at it, and it was still wet. What a crazy experience.

Nice items, comfy bathing suits but honestly its ridiculous that they charge 50 cents for a paper bag. If Im buying $100+ of items, you can spot me a bag. Brutal how many stores are now doing this and profiting off of bags.

I have to agree with a lot of other reviews here. I was treated more like a thief than a customer and constantly followed around. It got to the point where I was about to say something but decided to just ignore it. I like a lot of the items offered at this store but will not continue to shop her any longer. It's too bad a lot of the negative comments here are ignored or not properly treated

Went in store recently and was incredibly put off by the way they treated me, other people of colour, and their complete negligence to offer customer service. I hope someone from La Vie En Rose reads this to make important decisions regarding the future employment of management at this location- after reading other reviews I'm disgusted and sad at how many other people have had the same experience. I'm no stranger to being offered no help in stores unfortunately, that being said sometime I like to shop without any interference and will ask for help of needed. Unfortunately, the passive- aggressive nature of the manager here made me want to take my money elsewhere (which I did). She had no problem ignoring me when I asked for help, and when I did finally get her attention she told me she'll come back as she proceeded to help a white customer walking into the store. I hate to make this a race issue but clearly she should reevaluate the way she treats POC. After she was finished with that customer, she continued to followe me without saying anything as if I was going to steal something. I put my items at the front and left. I don't support businesses that treat certain people in discriminatory ways. Instead of an apology from LVeR, make the changes people ask to see. An empty apology means nothing.
