Very nice location, but, maybe to find a better approach to confirming someone's ID. I understand the employees are just doing their job. I'm sure they have issues more often than not. To have the guy at the door look at me, then back at my ID atleast 5 times & just stare at me..because I didn't have makeup on..& continued to look at me with a look on his face, like he didnt believe me. Then continues to glance at my photo & gets me to confirm my middle name...it's kind of offending.. At the LEILA location, one employee got me to confirm everything, and I mean everything on my ID. Never have had issue at the OSBORNE/RIVER location. If they are going to go this route, it should be implemented across the board..

Well as usual we need to line up like cattle I remember on a very cold February day there were at least eight people in line and they would not allow anyone in their 12 by 15 ft fauier (entrance). When I was finally allowed in and showed my proper ID I was permitted to enter the actual store. The liquor store at one time used to be in my top three favorite stores, however since the extreme change due to the robbery of five or so teenagers and one hero employee getting hurt all the liquor stores in Winnipeg are this way. Usually, I do what I need to and leave however this time the lady in front of me was asked to open her rather large purse, she refused they made a big scene and they wouldn't even allow her to purchase her items as the escorted her out...very rudely done! The staff is not the most knowledgeable however there is one guy that is who is not there often. The location is convenient for me but I would rather go to Garden City or Madison Square.
