BMO Bank of Montreal

I had opened a checking account in Dec. 2022 to take advantage of the new account offer of $350.00!! Ive made all the requirements. I have left several messages at the Ness Branch Almost every day! I also call the 1-800 number and they cant seem to help me and would direct me to my local branch. I finally went to the Ness Branch. And again as Ive been told at least 20 times that I do meet the requirements. And I should wait until end of April to receive the funds! She also told me she will send an email to the manager to inform her that Ive done my part and to look into requesting my bonus. (My husband and I opened separate accounts at the same time - he received his in Mid-April). It is now May 18th!!! I called the branch and left two msg. I called the 1-800 again and they said the same thing. Also with at least 5 customer service reps; they reassured me that they will make a note and email the branch as well.

We were in the branch today and the manager, who is very nice and very helpful - and good with kids - got my two teens set up with accounts of their own. Great service, nice people, much appreciated!

My grandmother and I came into the bank close to closing time. I was visiting from out of town trying to get paper work and services sorted out for my Grandmother. Despite coming into the bank close to closing time, the bank Manager, Caroline, kindly took us right into her office without having an appointment. Caroline took the time to explain the paper work process for various accounts and promptly helped us get what we needed done. Fantastic customer service. Real client focused service. Thank you Caroline.
